Finally the uniquely designed character building workshop is back on track after a halt due to pandemic environment. Mr. Jin conducted a 1-day workshop for 20 new students from Young Aces Technical College in a fun-filled and interactive session. This is a highly commendable initiative by the college in focusing on building good personality and positive mindset of students instead of simply concentrating on teaching or academic.
Students have the opportunity to be exposed to some of the most fundamental success factor in life that will be the backbone to their future life, which is character. ALL students participated in the inspiring and thought-provoking activities specially created to empower them to learn to improve on self-awareness, teamwork as well as goals in life. The activities also highlighted different communication styles and reflected how each participant reacted during the workshop.
Feedback from participants have been overwhelmingly positive and all are eager to learn more for better improvement in the future. The staffs of the college have been excellent in supporting and helping for coordinating this workshop which will serve as the milestone for the creation of new generations of star students.
