Fund Raising Event for Budimas Charitable Foundation with Mass Comm Students 4 June 2018
This is a deeply meaningful and successful charitable event initiated by Mass Comm students in collaboration with CLIPS Mamagement, specifically for Budimas Charitable Foundation located in Negeri Sembilan.
Five highly dedicated students and a committed lecturer, together with Mr. Jin from CLIPS Management, made it all the way to Seremban in spending an afternoon with 70 children attached with this noble organization.
The children get to learn and understand better about the importance of our environment with the existence of human beings, through a fun ice breaking activity and by watching an animated movie. The children were also able to “plant their own tree” using recyclable materials for an improved bonding between children and students even though the time is limited.
In the end, a total amount of RM1500 was donated to the organization from the relentless effort of mass comm students in a series of activities prior to this major event, what a commendable effort and excellent example of making other’s life better through selfless contribution!
